STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT STATEMENT
All actions, decisions, and implementation measures of the Sovereign Common Law Assembly shall be measured against this Vision and Mission and aligned with the Unified Strategic Objective declared in Article I.
No Pillar, steward, or action may operate outside this declared purpose.
ARTICLE I — FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES
- Supremacy of the Creator’s Law
The Creator’s law is the highest authority. All other authority is subordinate and derivative. - Inherent Rights of the Living
All Living Men and Women possess inalienable rights by virtue of existence alone. No contract or document may extinguish these rights. - Natural Law is Discoverable by Reason and Conscience
Natural Law binds all persons equally and cannot be abrogated by statutes, corporations, governments, or institutions. - Common Law Emerges from People’s Consent and Moral Reason
It is expressed through jury scrutiny, collective witness, and community norms aligned with Natural Law. - We Reject Statutory Authority Imposed Without Informed Consent
Any authority exercised without moral consent is void and contrary to Natural Law.
ARTICLE II — STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE
The single unifying strategic objective of the Assembly is:
To re-establish true lawful authority grounded in God’s Law, Natural Law, and Common Law, thereby enabling Living Men and Women to govern themselves, protect their land and soil jurisdiction, and secure justice outside of artificial statutory systems.
ARTICLE III — LEADERSHIP & SERVICE
- Leadership arises by consent, character, and service not power or mandate.
- Leaders serve as custodians, not rulers, accountable to the Assembly.
- Any leader whose actions contradict Divine Law, Natural Law, or Common Law forfeits position and standing.
ARTICLE IV — AMENDMENT BY CONSENT
- This Constitution may only be amended through open Assembly deliberation, consensus, and conformity with the Covenant.
- No amendment may contradict the Creator’s Law, Natural Law, or the inalienable rights of the Living.
DECLARATION OF UNITY
We solemnly affirm this Constitution as a Covenant, not a contract. We bind ourselves in conscience, allegiance to truth, and the stewardship of life.
Under God, by the People, and for the perpetuity of Natural Law. So witnessed and so united.
